Invite staff and assign branches

Create officers, managers, and HP specialists, then scope them to the branches they may see.

   Open Configuration → Access in the tenant admin portal.

   Add the staff member with role, email, and phone.

   Assign one or more branches. Head-office roles can see all branches.

   Ask the user to sign in at /auth/login. HP-only specialists should use /auth/hp-login.
