Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OrbitMFI platform, a product of MultiSphere Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use License and Restrictions

Permission is granted to use OrbitMFI's platform for business purposes only, subject to your subscription plan. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials without written permission
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose outside your subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on OrbitMFI's platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

OrbitMFI operates on a subscription-based model with different plans: Basic, Professional, and Enterprise. All subscriptions are subject to the following terms:

• Payments are processed through Paystack and are subject to their terms and conditions
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Free trial periods do not require payment information and convert to paid plans only with your explicit consent

4. Data Security and Privacy

OrbitMFI implements enterprise-grade security measures including:

• 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission
• Row Level Security (RLS) for complete tenant data isolation
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) support
• Regular security audits and compliance reviews
• Automated backups with point-in-time recovery

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of OrbitMFI, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and laws
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping
• Regular backups of critical business data
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Service Availability and Support

OrbitMFI strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance windows (announced in advance)
• Issues beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events)
• Internet connectivity issues on your end
• Third-party service provider outages

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The OrbitMFI platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by MultiSphere Technologies and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your data remains your property. OrbitMFI claims no intellectual property rights over the content you upload to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitMFI and MultiSphere Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OrbitMFI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• You will have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion
• All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive

10. Changes to Terms

OrbitMFI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email and in-platform notifications at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
