Scripts, promise-to-pay discipline, and safety rules for collectors using OrbitMFI worklists.
1. Start with the queue, not the market walk
Open the day's ranked list. Highest balance times probability first. Log every contact even if nobody picked up—silence is a data point.
2. Promises need a date and a channel
A promise without a date is a conversation. Capture amount, date, and whether payment will be MoMo, cash, or bank. The system should remind both of you.
3. Never invent a receipt
If connectivity fails, use the offline receipt. Never write a number on paper that does not exist in the core. Customers will quote it later.
