1. T-2 · Freeze origination exceptions
No new product tweaks. Clear unposted journals and unmatched teller cash. Confirm every loan has a schedule.
2. T-1 · Classify and provision
Run NPL classification. Review overrides. Post provision journals. Generate MPR drafts for the CEO pack.
3. T · File and archive
Export returns, store the pack in the document vault, and open the next period. Do not keep two books.
